What does Rose water do?

1.  Maintains the pH Balance of your skin.

The pH of your skin falls in between 4.5 to 6.0, making it slightly acidic. The excessive use of soaps, facial cleansers, swimming in pools, traveling and the use of products can disrupt this balance and lead to the growth of bacteria, resulting in issues such as acne. With a pH level of 5.5, rose water helps balance out the disruption by bringing your skin’s levels back to normal.

2. Tones Your Skin
While most of us are aware of the importance of a consistent CTM (cleansing, toning, moisturizing) routine, we tend to neglect toning (especially for makeup wearers). What most don’t know is that toning 1-3 times a day is one of the most crucial parts of skin maintenance. Toning helps to remove residual dirt and oils, preparing your skin for optimal hydration. Rose water also helps to remove oils and dirt from your skin, preparing it for skin treatments, facials, and/or makeup application.
